General Return and Refund Policy of Air Water Healing:
If you are not happy with our products (for anything outside of supplements), you have 30 days to return (that may be subject to a restocking fee). But, after 30 days, all sales are final.
Return/Refund Policy of Misdelivery and Damaged Goods:
At Air Water Healing, we pay attention to your satisfaction. If you encounter any mishaps with your order, please know that we’re here to assist you. Our return and refund policy covers you in two specific instances:
Misdelivery:
If you receive a different product than what you ordered, don’t worry at all. We’ll make it right. But make sure to inform us within 5 days of receiving the product. After that time, we will not be able to entertain your request.
Damaged Goods:
Accidents happen. If your product arrives damaged, please record a video or take images of the product to validate your claim.
Should either of these concerns arise, please contact us at support@airwaterhealing.com within 3 days of receiving your delivery. Claims submitted after three days will not be permitted. Product damaged by the customer will not be accepted at all.
What’s the process for canceling my monthly subscription?
To cancel any subscription service, we require a written notice via email at least 30 days in advance.
Order Cancellation Before Delivery:
Please note that we cannot accommodate cancellations or changes of mind after your product has been delivered. To cancel or change your order, ensure you contact us within a day of placing it.
Custom Tax and Duties:
The customer is responsible for paying customs taxes or duties on international shipping (if there are any).
