Misdelivery:

If you receive a different product than what you ordered, don’t worry at all. We’ll make it right.

Damaged Goods:

Accidents happen. If your product arrives damaged, please record a video or take images of product to validate your claim.

Should either of these concerns arise, kindly reach out to us at info@airwaterhealing.com within 3 days of receiving your delivery, as claims submitted after three days will not be permitted.

Order Cancellation Before Delivery:
